A wide field of view toward the horizon - The business field of NITTO KOGYO does not stop with Japan, extending worldwide.
We have established local subsidiaries in Singapore, Thailand, China, and other Asian countries. Approximately 700 out of more than 3,500 employees in the entire group (approx. 20%) are involved in overseas projects.
Naturally, we also offer an extensive backup system within Japan. The entire NITTO KOGYO Group supports overseas group companies through our Overseas Division that manages overall overseas operations in order to serve as a bridge to the overseas customers.

Our main business overseas is supplying products for power distribution and industrial automation. Our customer base consists mainly of Japanese companies such as construction contractors and design firms as well as many other types of companies. We offer high-quality products and services that are highly appreciated by our customers.
Delivers safety and peace of mind through the local production system
One of the unique strengths of NITTO KOGYO Group is that we do not only export products manufactured in Japan, but also manufacture high-quality products at overseas bases. The local production system makes it possible to manufacture products complying with the international requirements such as IEC standards.
Products manufactured overseas have been verified in the accredited laboratories. We only supply products that have passed the highly reliable tests based on the abundant test data. The local production enables us to quickly deliver high-quality products with excellent safety.
Contributes to solving problems in local societies overseas and supports the development of regions
The purpose of NITTO KOGYO developing business overseas is not just to expand business performance. We hope to contribute to solving social problems such as local infrastructure development in the regions we have advanced to in order to contribute to their development.
The staff of overseas affiliates are fundamentally employed as full-time employees, and various extensive educational systems are available.
