[Calculation Method]
In principle, emissions are calculated by multiplying the activity data of each category by the respective emission factor. However, for certain suppliers, data based on actual measured values (primary data), such as supplier-specific emission factors or actual emission volumes, are preferentially applied (introduced from FY2025).

The latest versions of databases embedded in the calculation tool , including the "Emission Factor Database for GHG Emissions Accounting throughout the Supply Chain" by the Ministry of the Environment of Japan and "IDEA" (Inventory Database for Environmental Analysis).
