Promotion Structure

To prevent industrial accidents and foster a comfortable work environment, we regularly hold Health and Safety Committee meetings company-wide and at each site, driving initiatives aligned with their respective roles.

● Headquarters Health and Safety Committee (Every two months)
Strengthens company-wide management structures and addresses key challenges by formulating basic health and safety policies, planning safety training, and overseeing facility and environmental improvements.
● Workplace Health and Safety Committees (Monthly)
Drives concrete activities to protect employees from hazards and health issues. Key tasks include investigating the causes of workplace accidents, implementing recurrence prevention measures, conducting risk assessments, addressing long working hours, and supporting mental health care.

● Promotion of Zero-Accident Campaigns: Elevating safety awareness through various safety education programs and activities, actively reducing workplace risks.
● Enhancement of Health Management: Promoting mental healthcare and taking proactive measures to prevent health impairments.
