In our 2026 Mid-term Management Plan, we, the Nitto Kogyo Group, have redefined our group mission as "Provide reliability and reassurance to the future of our planet". We will enhance our business to pass our beautiful earth on to the next generation by continuing to solve social issues, ensuring to provide "reliability" and "reassurance".

We have identified three environmental factors that we consider in moving toward the realization of the sustainable society. Those are "Increasing environmental awareness," "Changes in social / economic structure," and "Evolution of technology". For each of these environmental factors, we have emphasized key issues to consider. One is "challenge" as a response to opportunities and the other is "reform" as a response to risks. We can contribute to the sustainable society and simultaneously enhancing our corporate value not only by taking on the challenge of expanding our business through providing "reliability and reassurance" to the world by solving social issues, but also by reinforcing the management foundation of the Nitto Kogyo Group and reform our corporate structure to be resilient enough to cope with major social changes.

Since the foundation of our company in 1948, we are proud that Nitto Kogyo has been supporting the social infrastructures such as electricity and information communication networks in contents from daily life to industry and society. Moreover, the group will focus on the three domains such as energy management systems (EMS), EV-related business, and disaster prevention-related business as the strategic business that contribute to the conservation of the global environment. In EMS, we intend to accelerate the expansion of our business in the solar self-consumption storage battery system, electric vehicle charger series, and other products in order to make them as a pillar of our future business. In the area of disaster prevention, electrical fires suspected to be caused by tracking have become a social issue in recent years. We are developing products that contribute to electrical safety during disasters, such as"Spark Discharge Detection Device", which can detect very weak electrical discharges, and "Seismic Circuit Breaker", that prevent electrical disasters caused by earthquakes.
