In order to provide our customers with safe and secure products and services, we aim at quality suited to customer needs as well as added value = quality beyond their imagination, taking the customer's perspective to express our stance on continued quality improvement in our quality policy.

Quality Assuranace System

NITTO KOGYO has established a Quality Committee chaired by the officer in charge of quality to promote continuous quality improvement.
Under this committee's leadership, we work toward improvement through PDCA based in the quality assurance system.

ISO9001 Certification Acquired

The Kikugawa Plant acquired ISO9001 Environmental Management System certification on July 4, 1997, meaning that all plants and sales offices now have this certification.

Quality Education

To realize our customers' safety and security and to respond to the quality they demand, increased ability for every employee is essential. NITTO KOGYO has constructed a quality education system aimed at cultivating human resources able to contribute to quality improvement, conducting quality education based on a curriculum suited to individual ability.

Quality Improvement Initiatives

Along with management methods such as reinforced documentation mechanisms and change point management, we also engage in behavior guarantees with a focus on unsafe worker behavior, as a countermeasure for human error and other mistakes.
The behavior assurance is a system preventing these errors and suppressing unsafe worker behavior by visualizing "things which must never be done." We conduct continuous quality improvement while incorporating new improvement methods.

Product Evaluation System

The product performance evaluation tests are intended to investigate whether the product performance meets international and JIS standards.
NITTO KOGYO has a well-endowed testing facility, supporting the development of highly reliable products. The wind-driven-rain testing facilities introduced in 2017 as the first in the industry are capable of simulating rainstorms, confirming the waterproof performance of outdoor enclosures as well as the influence of wind pressure, in service of safer and more secure product development.
