An extensive overseas network with a powerful structure
A wide field of view toward the horizon - The business field of NITTO KOGYO does not stop with Japan, extending worldwide.
We have established local subsidiaries in Singapore, Thailand, China, and other Asian countries. Approximately 700 out of more than 3,500 employees in the entire group (approx. 20%) are involved in overseas projects.
Naturally, we also offer an extensive backup system within Japan. The entire NITTO KOGYO Group supports overseas group companies through our Overseas Division that manages overall overseas operations in order to serve as a bridge to the overseas customers.
Provides high-value products and services equivalent to Japan
Our main business overseas is supplying factory automation (FA) products that promote automation of distribution boards and factories. Construction companies, construction stakeholders, design offices and the like are our main customers, most of which are Japanese companies entering overseas markets.
One of the characteristics is that Japanese staff is placed at each site in order to provide a support supply system that is comparable to Japan. We offer the same high-quality products and services that are highly regarded by our Japanese customers to overseas customers such as the convenient drilling service when using enclosures and individual item support that quickly provides products in small quantities according to the customer's needs.
Delivers safety and peace of mind through the local production system
One of the unique strengths of the NITTO KOGYO Group is that it not only exports products manufactured in Japan, but also manufactures high-quality products at overseas bases. The local production system makes it possible to manufacture products tailored to various international standards such as IEC.
Products manufactured overseas are subjected to various tests at facilities in Japan. We only distribute products that pass the highly reliable tests based on abundant test data. The local production enables us to quickly deliver high-quality products with excellent safety and low cost.
Contributes to solving problems in local societies overseas and supports the development of regions
The purpose of NITTO KOGYO developing business overseas is not just to expand business performance. We hope to contribute to solving social problems such as local infrastructure development in the regions we have advanced to in order to contribute to their development.
The staff of overseas affiliates are fundamentally employed as full-time employees, and various extensive educational systems are available.
