We develop new and unique products in response to the varied needs of each market, based on the technical expertise we have cultivated over many years. In the pursuit of safety and high quality, we review not only the new products but also the conventional products from various angles in order to enhance their safety and usability.

In order to create products that satisfy our customers' needs, we promote compliance not only with Japanese standards but also international standards such as IEC, UL, and NEBS.
NITTO KOGYO develops and designs high-quality products by verifying the performance of products, identifying problems and considering the optimum shapes and specifications.
Testing/Evaluation Technology
We check the influence on the product by producing the vibration of earthquakes.
We test the waterproof performance of outdoor enclosures as well as the influence of wind pressure, using the industry's first simulation facility capable of simulating a rainstorm.
This test simulates the high electricity that flows during a short circuit in order to evaluate the cutoff performance of the breaker and the short circuit's effect on the switchboard circuitry.
We test the dust-proofing of the enclosures according to IEC Standard 60529 (JIS C 0920).
We test the water-proofing of the enclosures according to IEC 60529 (JIS C 0920).
We reproduce outdoor solar radiation by lamps that simulate sunlight in order to evaluate its thermal effect.
This test confirms the influence of the operating environment on the product.
This test confirms the influence of external electromagnetic waves, static electricity, and conductive noise on the product and the effects of unnecessary electromagnetic wave leakage from the product.
We also conduct various other tests to confirm performance of the product, such as electrical performance evaluations, mechanical test evaluations, and transportation environment evaluations, etc.
